Did you know? It is recommended that you have your Air Conditioning serviced every 2 years.
During an Air Conditioning service your vehicle is drained of the A/C gas and PAG/PAO oil. A vacuum test is then carried out to check the system for major leaks, assuming all is well the system is re-filled with the correct amount of A/C and oil.
New & Old Gas:
Protecting the environment is at the forefront of research and development in the motor industry. Because of this a new style Air Con gas was introduced, which is more environmentally friendly.
In 2017, this new style gas (1234-yf) become mandatory in all newly manufactured vehicles. However some manufacturers have been using this new style gas since 2013.
